Processing Time

All of our products are made to order.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for your cutting board to be handcrafted and prepared for shipment. Production times may vary slightly during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped within 6–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Luna's Resin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
