5. Shipping

Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.

Luna's Resin is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
